Reading "To Air Is Human" caused me to start learning to play air guitar. Noticed that I am a leftie guitar player, much like when I played hockey with my young nephew. Some people thought I was a switch hitter; actually I never remembered which way to hold the bat. I also seem to hole golf clubs in a leftie position, go figure.
As I was reading "To Air Is Human", I suddenly thought air guitar would make for a new good karaoke. Not many pages later the author tells how he started Aireoke. Truth is, I probably have played air guitar long before I read the book. I would never do so on Aireoke night, though. Of course, that is what I said about Karaoke, so...
